Everyone starts somewhere. When agents are deployed, their location setting is by default N/A.This changes upon the first proper login into the simulation, which sets the location to the Trenches.

Starter Location: the Trenches

"A shanty town mostly populated by those scavening their wealth from toxic waste, known as trenchers. Making it out of here should be your primary goal. Lacks oxygen."
